When running an efficient company, it’s important to keep in mind the right time to replace older, less efficient forklifts. If your forklifts are on a programme of periodic maintenance, they will operate more efficiently and last longer, than those that receive attention only when something goes wrong. It is important that the forklift operators or mechanics check the vital fluids at the start of each shift. This can assist in prolonging the economic life of the forklift by up to 2,500 hours.
